I watched the last episode of the kindred spirit (zhen qing) today, I actually felt sad that it ended its run coz I'm so used to the characters and the storyline that warm my heart everynite. I know most people will roll their eyes coz they think that it is some soap opera. Yes, at times the storyline can get really crappy but the strong values that they impart really move me. Plus, the cutesy hunks in the show move me too hehe. I must say that the acting skills of the cast are so flawless and they seem to act from within. Surprisingly, this show touched my heart coz I kinda hated it when I first heard about the show, i mean who in the right mind who watch a serial which is 600 over episodes? I hated to admit initially that the show was growing on me & i got so attached to the show that I regretted not having watched the first part of the serial. I am glad there are re-runs of it on wkends and at least it slowly weans me off the emotional attachment that i have for this show. *sighs* This is definitely one of the best soap operas I have watched, better than days of our lives which is full of scheming people who would never seem to repent. Kudos to the cast of the kindred spirit!
