I had my convo today. It was fun throwing the mortar boards in the air and trying to get the photographer to catch that in action. I had to rehearse and time the throwing a few times. I even dramatised my shots by pretending to run towards my classmate with open arms while she does the same to me. Very corny indeed. I am glad that i didnt trip and fall on stage hehe coz my lecturer told me that she was waitg to see that happen to me. Gee. I had so many pics taken that i am rather dizzy from the flashes and my facial muscles are cramped after smiling for so long. The convo gown was freaking hot, it felt as if i was wearing some winter clothes. Wearing the mortar board made me feel like some empress dowager who has to wear some cumbersome headress. I was worried that it would fall off on stage as it was a little loose for my tiny head. It was great reuniting with my classmates and especially with my lecturers. I miss my lit lecturer so much. When i passed her the teachers day gift which was an incredibly cute toy monkey, she simply laughed in delight and gave me a warm hug. I am glad that the teacher-student barrier no longer exists since I can address her by her name and of course tease her :P welll i hope all the pics turn out well since it was a big day for me :)
