I was warned by my friend that there are lots of undercurrent politics among the staff in my workplace. Well, she merely confirmed my suspicion because prominent places like these usually warrant lots of competition as everyone wants to be well known in the methodist church community. I am bracing myself mentally for the challenge to compete but I will compete fairly coz I see no good in backstabbing. I wish that I call the shots so that I won't be susceptible to backstabbing and instead I can be a tyrant and wield the power to exploit my labourers :P Perhaps this dream of mine will materialize someday hehe.
